EVERYTHING about this purchase was right. Customer service was phenomenal, came earlier than we thought. The quality of the bow is amazing, If you’ve ever seen a cheer bow it’s exactly the same. We were just going to buy a regular bow off of Amazon for my sisters cap but everything about that was just not going as planned so in the end we were kind of disappointed. After looking at Etsy I just figured with graduations their is just no way it was going to be here but I was proven very wrong it was here and it was perfect. 💕

Item was exactly what my daughter wanted. Turned out perfectly and arrived sooner than expected. She is very pleased.
